# Legadmi

> Legadmi is an HR and payroll software platform (Legadmi RPS — Regional Personnel System) serving over 800 client companies across 18 Latin American countries, processing payroll for approximately 60,000 employees monthly and maintaining HR records for more than 110,000 active employees regionwide. It manages payroll, employee records, recruitment, performance, and training across the full employee lifecycle. Built on Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle AI Database, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and certified SOC 1 & 2 Type II and ISO 9001:2015. Anchor clients include Avianca, Manpower, STT Group, and Instacredit.

The platform covers the full employee lifecycle and is adapted to labor regulations in 18 Latin American countries, supporting regional and multi-country HR operations. Legadmi was founded in Venezuela in 1998; its Costa Rica corporate entity was established in 2006, and the company is headquartered in Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
